About Triple Song AI
Triple Song AI is a Korean company that takes enterprise AI transformation from assessment to operations. One team runs three services end to end: AI adoption consulting, AI system builds (AI agents, workflow automation, document AI) and employee AI training. We are based at Dongguk University’s industry-academia building in Goyang, Gyeonggi, and are a regular member of the Korea Software Industry Association (KOSA) and an official Kmong AX business partner.
We treat adoption, not delivery, as the finish line. The same owner runs the assessment, the build, the training that gets people using it, and operations afterwards. Systems we build have verification steps, and unclear cases are routed to a person.
Mainly legal (e-litigation case management), manufacturing and quality (drawing inspection), logistics and SCM (automation console) and finance and tax (filing automation) — plus an export ERP, clinic management reporting, public-tender collection, customer-inquiry answering and content publishing. We currently operate nine delivered systems with about 10,000 registered users.
Yes. One tedious task is enough to start. The first call, the workflow assessment and the assessment report with priorities and an adoption plan are free. If the answer is that you do not need development, we will say so.
Yes. We first find out why — it does not fit the workflow, people were never shown how, or they cannot trust the results — and then propose only what is needed: workflow redesign, training, or verification and operations fixes.
AI adoption consulting
An assessment report: a workflow map showing which steps AI takes and which stay with people, candidate automations ranked by impact and effort, and a phased adoption plan — ready to use for internal review.
Yes. Contracts come in three forms: per project, monthly operations, or assessment/training only. If existing tools or training fit better than development, we recommend that.
What matters is not size but whether work repeats the same way — reading documents and re-typing values, checking several sites and systems, or writing similar answers again and again.
That is where adoption stalls most. We document which data leaves and how far, closed-network or on-premise options, answer logs and retention, and who pays external API/LLM costs — packaged for your review board.
AI system builds
A verification gate checks AI output against rules before it goes out — is there a source document, are there forbidden phrases, are values within range — and hands failures to a person. Monitoring is the screen and routine for watching that the system runs properly every day: volumes, exceptions and errors are recorded and used to keep improving it.
AI agents and business systems (web and desktop), workflow automation for repetitive entry, lookups and sending, and document/data AI that extracts values from drawings, contracts, tax forms and tender notices — and we operate them afterwards.
Integration is the default. We use APIs where they exist and drive the screen directly where they do not; the no-API case is disclosed up front as a difficulty factor in the quote.
We design for it. Verification gates check results against rules, the system declines to answer without a source document, and unclear or risky cases go to a person. Every step is logged.
We do not quote a standard timeline, because a guess made before requirements are known turns into a promise. Once the assessment fixes the scope, we estimate time and cost together.
We can run operations and monitoring. Maintenance is not a fixed percentage of the build cost; it is estimated from the hours your scope actually needs. Source code transfers on final payment by default.
Employee AI training
A one-day, eight-hour in-person workshop: 60 minutes of lecture, 330 minutes of practice and 90 minutes of discussion and presentation. Each participant turns one real task into four agents (extract, reconcile, draft, review) and one working workflow.
About six, with a lead and an assistant instructor (1:3). Exercises are replaced with real tasks collected in a survey two weeks before.
A working workflow, the agent files, a list of automation candidates with measures to check after four weeks, an in-house guide, and one month of follow-up support.
Yes. System training walks each department through the new order of work; the workshop teaches staff to automate their own tasks.
AI solutions and security
TS AI Gateway becomes the company’s single door to AI. It masks or blocks confidential data before it leaves, records who used what, and tracks usage and cost by department — and stays in place when models change.
TS AI Engine only references your material and declines to answer when it cannot find a source document. Each answer shows which documents it used so a person can check.
Choose cloud, hybrid (originals stay inside) or fully closed network per data type. All three share one structure, so you can move later.
Cost and contracts
From three things — the scope of work to automate, the systems to integrate and the form of your documents and data — plus disclosed difficulty factors such as closed networks, systems without APIs or accuracy guarantees. What is included and what is billed separately is published in advance.
No. The first call, the workflow assessment and the assessment report are free. Time and cost come after the scope is fixed.
We agree who pays before signing and write it into the contract, because usage fees that accumulate during operations are a common source of disputes.
