   We meet the people doing the work, then decide what to change first and which steps the AI takes over. "No development needed" is also an answer. Adoption often stalls on whether internal data may leave the building, so security and review support are part of the consulting.

   AI systems

   We build until the designed flow runs on site, and we stay on to operate it.

   We draw the workflow first, then design the screens. We connect to the systems you already use, and split rule-based decisions from judgment the AI takes over. What comes after matters more: a verification gate, escalation of borderline cases to a person, and continuous tuning from operating records.

   Employee AI training

   Staff learn to automate their own work with AI.

   Teaching the tools alone does not change the work. We practice on real files, train people on the new order of work, and run a separate track where staff automate their own tasks. A roll-out guide stays with the company.
