Choosing an employee AI training provider — five things to check before approval

What matters in employee AI training is the week after. Hands-on share, real tasks, instructor ratio, follow-up and reporting — what to check before approval.

Many AI courses look alike. Everyone follows along on the day; what matters is whether it carries into their own work the next week.

1. How many hours are hands-on

Our eight-hour day is 60 minutes of lecture, 330 of practice and 90 of review and demo.

2. Real tasks, not examples

Each participant's real task is collected two weeks ahead and turned into their exercise.

3. Instructor ratio

About six people per class with two instructors (1:3).

4. What remains

  • One of your own tasks running
  • Agent files a colleague can take over
  • A list of what training solves vs. what needs a build
  • An in-house guide and one month of follow-up

5. Reporting

Attendance, completion list, results report and certificates are produced automatically by our training platform, TS Class.
