Getting AI through internal security review

Review boards move when there is a document that answers “may company data go to external AI?”. Six things to prepare and a self-check before review.

Adoption often stalls at review, not features. Boards ask the same things: what leaves, whether use is traceable, who is responsible when it is wrong, and who pays. Answer them in writing and review moves.

  • Closed network or on-premise, with import/export steps in the schedule
  • Review documents and decision criteria prepared together
  • Who pays API/LLM fees, written into the contract first
  • Data boundary — what leaves and what stays, per data type
  • Verification gate — AI output is never sent as is
  • Answer history and logs

Choose cloud, hybrid (originals stay inside) or closed network by data type; with one structure you can move later.

We prepare these documents together with you during the build.
